Services
Waymark Media provides influencer marketing services for the film and entertainment industry, including creator sourcing, campaign strategy, paid amplification, content licensing, and performance reporting.
Creator Partnerships
Creators who work with Waymark Media are engaged as independent contractors. Campaign terms, compensation, deliverables, and timelines are outlined in individual creator agreements provided before each campaign begins.
Content & Licensing
Content created as part of a Waymark campaign remains the intellectual property of the creator unless otherwise specified in the creator agreement. Licensing terms, including duration and permitted uses, are negotiated and documented upfront for every engagement.
Payment Terms
Creator compensation is paid within 30 days of content going live, as outlined in the individual creator agreement. Client invoicing and payment terms are specified in the applicable service agreement.
Confidentiality
All parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of non-public campaign details, release dates, and strategic information shared during the course of an engagement.
Limitation of Liability
Waymark Media's liability is limited to the fees paid under the applicable service agreement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Modifications
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
